Commission structure for umetered dial-up accoutns is as follows: $2 for Level 1, $1.50 for Level 2, $1.00 for Level 3 and $0.50 for Level 4. Commission/Referral Reward payments are subject to the following restrictions:

• To receive commissions, you must be a subscriber of one of our unmetered dial-up or better service plans.

• As a subscriber, you must adhere to our Acceptable Use Policy

• Your commissions will stop from anyone who is deactivated or cancelled, and from everyone below them.

• You will only receive a commission when they pay in full for their service.

• You must have at least one direct referral every twelve months.

• You may not use spam or any undesirable or illegal marketing methods to get referrals.

• If you engage in any of the above marketing methods or violate our Acceptable Use Policy and your service is cancelled, you will forfeit all unpaid commissions.

• You may not represent yourself as an employee of SurfWithUs.net or any of its affiliates.

• You will be considered an independent contractor as far as earning commissions is concerned.

• Commissions may be taxable and you will be responsible for paying your own taxes on these commissions.

• Commissions will be paid on a quarterly basis on any balance accumulated over $50.00.

• Commissions will be credited towards any current internet service balance first before commissions are paid.

• A billing charge of $2.50 per month will be accessed on any customer charges owed to SurfWithUs.net that are not on automatic payments (credit card or bank draft).

• In order to get a referral commission, the person you referred must either sign up with your customer number, your email address or if by phone, mention that you referred them at the time of sign up.
